Ninh Binh Express Bus – Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Planning your transfer from Ninh Binh to Pu Luong with Ninh Binh Express Bus is simple and secure. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding reservations, payment options, cancellations, and customer responsibilities. Please read carefully before booking your journey.
1. How to Book Your Shuttle Transfer
To reserve your seat on our daily bus transfer to Pu Luong, all bookings must be submitted in writing via email to:

Your reservation is valid only once we confirm the availability and send you a booking confirmation email. This confirmation will include a secure payment link for online transactions. We recommend completing your booking well in advance to secure your preferred travel date.
For bookings under 100 USD, full payment is required at the time of reservation. In certain cases, even for higher-value bookings, full advance payment may be requested if deemed necessary.
2. Final Payment & Booking Confirmation
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in full at least 7 working days before your scheduled departure. If the balance is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation penalties accordingly.
For last-minute reservations made within 10 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation.
Once your payment is completed, we will email you a voucher confirming your travel details. Please reply to our confirmation email no later than 10 working days before your trip. Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation.

A 3% bank service fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Your payment will appear as “Puluong Express Bus” on your bank statement. Approval usually takes 24 hours to a few working days.
Bank Transfer
You may transfer funds directly to our account at:

4. Cancellation Policy – By the Guest
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

7 days or more before departure: 90% refund for cash payments / 80% refund for online payments (bank, card, PayPal – includes service fees)

From 7 days to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund of total booking value

Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund available
⚠️ Special Holiday Notice:
For bookings that fall during national holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), or any state-designated public holiday (including 3 days before and after), refund requests are subject to case-by-case approval by Ninh Binh Express Bus. Submitting a booking during this period indicates your acceptance of this special policy.
5. Amendments – If You Need to Change Your Booking
If you need to modify your booking details, please send us an email or call us at least 10 working days before your travel date.
We will confirm if your requested changes are possible and inform you of any applicable fees. If no additional cost arises, we will waive amendment fees. Changes requested less than 10 days in advance may not be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
6. Cancellations or Changes – By Ninh Binh Express Bus
In rare circumstances, we may cancel or adjust your booking due to unforeseen situations such as operational issues or extreme weather. If this happens, you will have the following options:

Choose an alternative transfer of equal or similar value and standard

If the replacement option is of lower value, the difference will be refunded
We aim to minimize disruptions and will always try to notify you as early as possible about any significant changes.
7. Travel Liability Disclaimer
Ninh Binh Express Bus operates solely as a booking and service intermediary, arranging transportation and related services. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, delay, accident, injury, or death caused by:

Third-party service providers (hotels, transportation partners)

Acts of war, civil unrest, government intervention

Natural disasters, pandemics, weather, technical failures

Traveler’s failure to provide required documents (e.g., valid ID, visa)

Health issues or failure to meet travel health requirements
We also reserve the right to decline any reservation if it’s deemed to violate travel safety or operational standards.
8. Legal Disputes & Arbitration
In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding our services, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue through mutual dialogue. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be submitted to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry for final settlement.
